Hello Fellow and Lady Buzzards!
I hope this newsletter finds you all in good health. I know this time of year is rough on many due to allergies. So, I hope you are all well.
Last month we had a pretty good showing with 21 members and 2 visitors bowling. I was impressed with the newly refinished lanes at Big Town. The shot was good and there were some good scores. Congratulations to Weldon and the staff there for making it happen.
At this time, I’d like to welcome new member Michael Dodson. Mike qualified last week at AMF Showplace in Garland on the Jack and Jill League on Tuesday night. I have been trying to get him for several years now. Welcome Mike.
This month I will be selecting folks for the Nominations committee and the Audit Committee. Articles 7 and 9 of our Constitution and By-Laws state that these committees shall appointed by the November meeting. So please be thinking of sitting on one of these committees.
I am looking forward to seeing you all at Big Town Bowl Lanes this month on the 11th.
